Think of GREAT HEALTH as our Ultimate Destination

We may choose the EXPRESS TRIP or the meandering relaxed journey. If your health is good your extended MbD (MY body detective or doctor) can be done over many years. However if you have a great deal of discomfort you may even chose to be tested for what your body is especially sensitive to.

We all want to reach the GREAT HEALTH destination quickly, but a relaxed journey will create less stress.

remember this is nothing like a "diet". This is a ROADMAP or Directions to head us away from the TOXIC CLIFF we are quickly heading for. A Gluten Free or Vegan lifestyle will not save us."Gluten Free" has already become a marketing tool to be distrusted. (Do vegans have big dogs in their tiny studio? .. a little hypocritical? yes .. animals want to be free. But not just in the elevator with me, please!) 

The order of our Health Formula, or Journey

The ROADMAP (or directions) is arranged in ease of beginning, not necessarily in order of importance. You can begin to breathe deeply this very minute, but if you are isolated which is maybe even more important .. building connections will be a more time-consuming segment of our trip. Maybe we should think of each necessity as a part of our trip requiring research. The parts of our trip that are more important to you, will be investigated more by you. So take in the whole journey and its final destination and then come back and work on research (and implementation) of each part.

Every Author or Blog writer thinks THEY have the answer. So We'll use ALL their ideas, but SIMPLIFY.

This Roadmap uses Medical Dr's research with Patient who recognize that Traditional is not working. Three years of research have been summarized keeping the main focus on Preventative, Functional and Lifestyle "medicine". Since we have ruined our environment, it can no longer be as simple as "Let Food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food


Logic for the chosen order of Roadmap or Formula for Health

The order of the stops on our Journey was chosen for ease of application .. more so than importance. All 10 steps are important, but right this minute you can breathe deeply. Soon you can choose natural food, and join a community. But it will take much longer to create close human connections, even though that is perhaps our most important tool or stop on our road to improved quality of life

(Roadmap? Journey? Formula?) How about Degree (MbD) areas of study (curriculum) we can specialize

Formula sounds too precise. Your Formula will be different because we all have different applications we find more difficult which then need more time. A Roadmap is probably a term from the non digital past? Perhaps a Journey? .. or maybe like a Medical Degree, some begin slowly part time .. others are full steam ahead. If we consider this like a trip .. if it is leisurely we sometimes even double back to see a spot again before moving on, or even once at the destination we return to some spots. Once we have tried each part of this trip we are taking, we will go back to whichever area we need more time in. many of us will be similar but each with certain custom traits. It is no marathon. it will take us years as we try to make sense of the Revolution in REAL Health .. not "car

1) BREATHE .. this is our personal weapon to take back control!

How you breathe, slowly, deeply gives the your body the oxygen your cells need to work. We are so rushed and stressed we forget this is the first necessity for our amazing body to work well. unable to breathe? all the kale and quinoa int he world won't help you much!

2) TAKE RESPONSIBILTY! Control = power. Power means taking back control over our own life.

Our MIND controls our life. For some of it is so hard not to WORRY and stress over the state of the world. We need to be like oblivious people, blithely having a wonderful life while we stress over the state of the world. Making plans to fix things is totally different than anxious terror. 


If we stop thinking of the injustice of all that is wrong .. it leaves us with energy to fix it! Anxiety and panic just drains us. If we take responsibility for our mind we can then control far more. Whatever the injustices we are suffering going over and over them in an anxious state, only gives us a stomach ache headache or TMJ! Makes NO sense. WE ARE ONLY HURTING OURSELVES, not those perpetrating the injustice. Let's make a pact we will only THINK when we are planning our better life. Rest of the time we blithely see beauty around us an feel gratitude. Be thankful we can probably see, hear that bird and still move. Far beats the alternative!

We know all the old rules hold true no matter if we think we are such an improved society of progress. If you think our society is one of "progress" .. you need to look around at the stress you see in people. We have lost all sense of what progress really should look like. Progress should IMPROVE LIFE, not reduce all the best qualities of life. Faster, bigger, better, newer, cooler or latest thing, is a ridiculous way to judge life! In your daily life start to look at what you actually do. does it really make sense?


Our cell phones give us our world in our pocket! Library, or our book, newspaper, maps, our TV, our songs, our "mail", conversations, not just Text but REAL ones .. but can't we just take a minute to relax .. to breathe? No because now our boss expects work 24/7. Stop! revolt! if non of us do it .. they can not force us to! Why not start a conversation with that cute guy? (Get lost girls .. if a guy talks to you it is not weird. You can not make everything a one way street.)
